Account Management
Onboarding meeting or call to outline priorities and key initiatives
Liaising with client team as needed to ensure appropriate communication, alignment and cross promotion
Monthly calls with key stakeholders
Quarterly reporting
Social Media Management
Channel/platform strategy, maintenance and updates for Instagram and Facebook
Creation of social media strategy plan
Creation of monthly content calendars, inclusive of photos, captions and hashtags
Calendars to include 2-3 posts and 1-2 original Story series per week. Similar content to be posted to both platforms as appropriate.
Community management 3x per week
